Rhina is a digital marketer with a focus on paid online media and audience segmentation. At CLS Strategies, she works with multiple clients to integrate digital media into their strategies and improve efficiencies via data analysis. An enthusiastic techy, her recommendations often include new technologies and novel digital tactics. She has managed media mixes with annual budgets of more than $13 million with high impact advertising units for global campaigns ranging from Game of Thrones to the Grammy’s.
Her multicultural marketing experience includes leading an Effie-finalist, World Cup campaign titled El Juego Bonito. This series of video and high impact media resulted in record-breaking activations by using consumer research to develop viral placements, including the first multicultural takeover in YouTube history.
As a Public Affairs Air Force veteran, Rhina attended the Defense Information School for journalism and provided crisis communication and media support to the Air Mobility Command, U.S. TRANSCOM and the Eighteenth Air Force. She also has a B.A. and M.A. in Public Relations from Webster University in St. Louis.
Prior to joining CLS, Rhina worked at national medical associations focusing on membership growth, retention and advocacy. In her spare time, she is a regular foster mom and longtime volunteer at her neighborhood’s dog shelter that focuses on “the underdogs” – those who are more often than not overlooked for adoption and rescue.
