Elías Flamenco Rivera
Elías provides advice, counsel and strategic guidance regarding the use of digital media across various clients for CLS Strategies.
Prior joining CLS, Elías worked at Public Citizen as a Program Associate coordinating digital media strategy to increase public and congressional awareness of the impact of trade policies. Previously, he completed a public policy fellowship with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute and served at the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission in the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee and for then Representative Chris Van Hollen (MD-08) and Representative Norma Torres (CA-35).
Elías has also worked for the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement (LCLAA), an organization affiliated with the AFL-CIO, leading its digital organization and online strategy efforts.
Originally from El Salvador, Elías graduated from Towson University with a B.A. in International Studies and a minor in Anthropology.
