Cathryn Vaulman

At CLS Strategies, Cathryn advises clients facing complex reputational threats and other challenges. She serves clients across CLS Strategies’ practice areas, including litigation, crisis communications, and public affairs campaigns.
Prior to joining CLS, Cathryn worked at crisis and financial communications firm Kekst CNC. There, she worked on some of the largest corporate transactions of the past decade, in addition to corporate crises, activist campaigns, litigation, and investor relations matters. Previously, she also served as Assistant Editor of Economics and Finance at Oxford University Press.
She brings her expertise in financial communications and her experience in working across a wide range of industries—including agricultural sciences, consumer products, healthcare, and finance—to her clients at CLS.
Cathryn graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in English and Psychology.
