Bo Bartley

Bo Bartley advises clients facing litigation and reputational challenges. His work spans a range of CLS Strategies’ practice areas, with a focus on crisis and litigation.
Bo’s litigation portfolio includes work with clients in several sectors, including technology and life sciences companies in the Fortune 500. He has helped clients develop legal-based messaging for challenging media environments as well as place effective proactive content to drive conversation.
Before joining CLS Strategies, Bo worked as an editor at Anne Lewis Strategies, a digital political communications firm with a focus on fundraising. Prior to that, he was a correspondent at investigative publication The Capitol Forum, where he covered high-profile regulatory litigation, antitrust investigations, the intersection of politics and policy, and other market-focused news events in Washington D.C. Bo also previously worked as a tech reporter at FierceMarkets, an enterprise-focused digital publication. His original investigative reporting has been referenced in articles in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and other publications.
Bo graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in English and a minor in Journalism. He oversaw news reporting operations for the independent student newspaper, The UD Review, as the managing news editor.
