CLS Strategies Named a 2014 MarCom Gold Award Winner
CLS Strategies has earned a MarCom award for its work with the Computer and Communications Industry Association (CCIA) on the Free File Awareness Campaign. The firm was awarded the 2014 Gold Award, presented to those entries that judges find to exceed the high standards of the industry norm.
The Free File Awareness Campaign utilized social media to spread the word on Free File, a partnership between the IRS and leading tax software companies which has helped millions of low- and moderate-income taxpayers by providing them with free tax preparation software. The multifaceted digital campaign garnered and retained thousands of Facebook followers, engaging them through tax season and beyond with a series of 56 widely-shared graphic images.
Each year, the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals administers and judges the MarCom Awards, a creative competition for creative professionals worldwide, with nearly 6,000 entries per year. Entries are judged based on the work product, which is evaluated solely on its own quality, creativity and resourcefulness.
CLS Strategies is honored to be recognized by such a distinguished industry leader. The award-winning work for the Free File Awareness Campaign can be found on their Facebook page.
